President - Steve Clarke
Duties: The President presides at all meetings of the Board of Directors; sees that orders and resolutions of the Board are carried out.
Vice President - Karla Williams
Duties: The Vice President will assume the role of acting President should the President be unable to perform their duties.
Secretary - Laura Meeks
Duties: The Secretary records the votes and keep the minutes of all meetings and proceedings of the Board and of the members; posts minutes on Facebook; and monitors our Social Media website for Board questions.
Treasurer - Tony Brown
Duties: The Treasurer is responsible for reviewing the monthly Financials and advising the Board of any issues.
Director-at-Large - Kamala Hunter
Duties: The Director-at-Large will serve is a liaison to residents of the community, generally reserved for new Board Members.
All In One Management Company - Miles Scott
All In One is our Management Company and attends all board meetings and is responsible for:
Treasury: Receives and deposits in appropriate bank accounts all monies of the Association and disburses funds as directed by resolution of the Board of Directors; signs all checks and promissory notes of the Association; keeps proper books of account; and prepares an annual budget and a statement of income and expenditures to be presented to the membership at its regular annual meeting, and delivers a copy of each to the members.
Administrative: Serves notices of meetings of the Board and of the members; keeps appropriate current records showing the members of the Association together with their addresses, and performs such other duties as requested by the Board.
