BOARD MEETINGS.
The Board meets regularly at 7PM, the 1st Monday of each at 7:30.
Meetings may be held in the Clubhouse or virtually (MSTeams)

New Residents/E-mail Address: All In One, our management company, has a web portal to maintain your contact information and to see your account. You can access the portal on the AIO website (https://allinone.vmsclientonline.com/default.aspx). Please make sure your profile is correct, including an updated e-mail address with the e-mail box checked if you want to receive information electronically vs by snail mail.

The HOA Board of Directors typically meet monthly, at 7:30PM on the 1st Monday of the Month. Meetings are held either at the clubhouse or remotely via Zoom. AFCA members are welcome to attend.
Please contact Curt Brown at All-In-One Community Management or a board member to confirm the location. A Zoom Link will be sent out upon request in advance of Zoom meetings.
We use an online Clubhouse and Tennis Court Reservation System. Use the reservemycourt.com link to access the system, create an account, and submit a request for the dates that you want to reserve.

Tennis Court Access
Code is 431. We have a Clubhouse and Tennis Court Reservation System if you want to ensure that you have a court. Use the link to access the system, create an account, and submit a request for the dates that you want to reserve. Otherwise it's first come/first serve.
PLEASE: NO PETS, BICYCLES, SKATEBOARDS, or ROLLERBLADES.
Reminders
No pets, bicycles, skateboards or roller blades on the tennis courts.
Please remember when walking your dogs to clean up after them!
The AF Pond is Private Property (~12 lots), no one should cross any lot unless they have permission from that specific property owner.

The Clubhouse is available for rental between 8AM and 12PM, including holidays. Occupancy is limited to 45 people. Please see the Clubhouse and Tennis Court Rental Instructions for more information.
Pool:
The Pool is Closed for the Season
The Pool is typically open from May through October, 9AM to 10PM on weekdays and 6AM to 10PM on weekends. Residents can also request access for Lap Swim Time from 6AM to 9AM on weekdays by emailing HOA@Alexanderfarms.org with your name, address, and key fob number.
Residents are responsible for their children and guests and are expected to clean up after use, including lowering umbrellas.
