For information on renting the clubhouse, please go to the Documents section of the website and download the Clubhouse Request Form. The Documents section contains the rental forms and other information. Please come to the monthly board meeting if you want to see the Clubhouse set up in advance.

|COVID 19 Announcement|
The Pool is Open for AFCA Residents who have signed our Waiver. Please display your key fob when at the pool and please close the gate.
Please read the guidelines and Waver below regarding the handling of Covid-19 during the 2020 pool season. It is the resident’s responsibility adhere to the following to be able to use the swimming pool. These are subject to change, based on updates from the CDC or the State Orders. If you have any questions please contact a Board Member, Pool Committee Volunteer, or All In One Management Company.
Pool Opening Guideline - Please follow all Guidelines, Signs, and CDC Social Distancing when you are at the pool.
Pool Waiver - Please sign and e-mail to HOA@Alexanderfarms.org in order to get your keyfob activated
The Pool Committee needs volunteers help in order to maintain the pool per State Guidelines. Please reach out to Jen Jackson or the Board if you have questions or go to the Alexander Farms website for updates.
Follow the CDC & State guidelines for Covid 19 when on community property (e.g. Avoid gatherings or activities of 50 more; maintain a distance of 6 feet from other people). If we receive complaints we may have to close some of the amenities.
We also ask that homeowners be considerate of others during this time. Please keep sidewalks free and clear of any obstructions, pickup after your pets, and take care of your own trash.
