The HOA Board of Directors is now meeting at 8PM every 1st Monday of the Month.  We are holding virtual meetings on a temporary basis.  Zoom Link will be posted a few days in advance of the meeting.

Clubhouse Rentals
The Clubhouse is open for use.  For information on renting the clubhouse, please go to the Documents section of the website and download the Clubhouse Request Form.  The Documents section contains the rental forms and other information.  Please come to the monthly board meeting if you want to see the Clubhouse set up in advance.

Pool Access
Community Members can request a pool key fob by e-mailing HOA@alexanderfarms.org or Poolkey@allinonemgmt.com.  
 
Tennis Court Access
Code is 431.  PLEASE: NO SKATEBOARDS, BIKES, or TRIKES. 

Reminders
  • The AF Pond is Private Property (~12 lots), no one should cross any lot unless they have permission from that specific property owner. 
  • No pets, bicycles, skateboards or roller blades on the tennis courts.  
  • Please remember when walking your dogs to clean up after them!

Annual HOA Meeting:  Our Annual HOA meeting is scheduled for Wednesday 2/24/21 at 7:00 PM on Zoom:

New Residents/E-mail Address:  All In One, our management company, has a web portal to maintain your contact information and to see your account.  You can access the portal on the AIO website  (https://allinone.vmsclientonline.com/default.aspx).  Please make sure your profile is correct, including an updated e-mail address with the e-mail box checked if you want to receive information electronically vs by snail mail.  Contact customerservice@allinonemgmt.com or the Board (board@alexanderfarms.org) if you have questions or concerns, thanks.

COVID 19 Announcement
Covid-19 Update:
The Clubhouse is available for rental.  Occupancy is limited to 45 people; renters are responsible for social distancing and clean up after their event.  COVID-19 signs will be posted, sanitizer supplies will be available.  Please use the rental request form to reserve a date.
 
Please make sure you've signed our COVID Waiver prior to using the clubhouse.

Annual Association Meeting
We are conducting the 2021 Board member election via Written Ballot, followed by a “virtual” Annual meeting.  Two Board positions are expiring, the term is two years.  At least one board member is rerunning so we are requesting nominations.
 
Please send your nomination to customerservice@allinonemgmt.com by February 3rd, 2021 at 11:59PM. If you nominate someone other than yourself, we will attempt to reach that person. The nominated person must notify us of their acceptance otherwise it will not be not accepted.  All candidates may, on or before February 3rd, 2021 at 11:59PM, submit a statement/biography (up to 500 words) that will be included with the mail-out ballot.
 
On or about February 4th, 2021, the association will mail out the nominees, annual meeting notice, and the voting ballot form as well as instructions for returning ballots. These notices and ballots will also be e-mailed. 
 
The annual meeting will take place virtually on February 24th, 2021, where the board members will be announced.  We will also update the community on the status of the Association and have an open discussion (Agenda to follow).  The Board has been advised that we are following the method outlined by our law firm.
 
We look forward to seeing everyone (virtually) at the annual meeting in February.
