Community Management
Our community management company is: All-In-One Community Management.
The HOA Board of Directors typically meet monthly, at 7:30PM on the 1st Monday of the Month. Meetings are held either at the clubhouse or remotely via Zoom. AFCA members are welcome to attend.
Please contact Curt Brown at All-In-One Community Management or a board member to confirm the location. A Zoom Link will be sent out upon request in advance of Zoom meetings.

Clubhouse Rentals
We use an online Clubhouse and Tennis Court Reservation System. Use the reservemycourt.com link to access the system, create an account, and submit a request for the dates that you want to reserve.
For more information on renting the clubhouse, please see the Clubhouse Rental Instructions and the Clubhouse Reservation Agreement. These are also available in our Documents section of the website.
Pool Access
Community Members can request a pool key fob by e-mailing Poolkey@allinonemgmt.com or calling them at (678) 363-6479
Tennis Court Access
Code is 431. We have a new Clubhouse and Tennis Court Reservation System if you want to ensure that you have a court. Use the link to access the system, create an account, and submit a request for the dates that you want to reserve. Otherwise it's first come/first serve.
PLEASE: NO SKATEBOARDS, BIKES, or TRIKES.

New Residents/E-mail Address: All In One, our management company, has a web portal to maintain your contact information and to see your account. You can access the portal on the AIO website (https://allinone.vmsclientonline.com/default.aspx). Please make sure your profile is correct, including an updated e-mail address with the e-mail box checked if you want to receive information electronically vs by snail mail.

Clubhouse:
The Clubhouse is available for rental. Occupancy is limited to 45 people; renters are responsible for sanitizer, social distancing and clean up after their event. Please use the rental request form to reserve a date.
Pool:
The Pool typically opens in May (TBD) from 9AM to 10PM on weekdays and 6AM to 10PM on weekends. Residents can also request access for Lap Swim Time from 6AM to 9AM on weekdays by emailing HOA@Alexanderfarms.org with your name, address, and key fob number.
Residents are responsible for their children and guests and are expected to clean up after use, including lowering umbrellas.
