|COVID 19 Announcement|
The Board voted to delay the pool and clubhouse opening until at least June 1. Governor Kemp’s Executive Order and Dept. of Health guidance impose requirements that we currently don’t have the resources or capabilities to enforce. These requirements include prohibiting gatherings and enforcing social distancing at pools, disinfecting common surfaces before opening and at least once during operating hours, and ensuring that non-cohabitating patrons and swimmers maintain 6 feet of separation on the pool decks and in the water.
We are working to address these issues and get the pool and clubhouse ready to open safely. To ensure the safety of residents and following local and CDC guidelines, we are considering a waiver, a one-time use fee to offset increased cleaning costs, additional signage, limiting access to residents only, sign in sheets, and removal of common furniture.
We will likely need volunteers help in order to open the pool shortly after the order expires. Please reach out if you have questions or go to the Alexander Farms website for updates.
Follow the CDC & State guidelines for Covid 19 when on community property (e.g. No gatherings or activities of 10 or more if you cannot maintain a distance of 6 feet from other people). If we receive complaints we will close some of the amenities.
We also ask that homeowners be considerate of others during this time. Please keep sidewalks free and clear of any obstructions, pickup after your pets, and take care of your own trash.
